Who can take a course delivered online through The Fisher's Net?
Anyone who desires to learn. Whether you are interested in life long learning, require continuing education credits, or desire to complete a seminary degree, courses delivered by Fisher's Net work for diverse educational goals. Keep in mind that courses require different means of registration. Courses listed on our site will give details of enrollment and registration.

Can I complete a theological degree entirely online?
No. The Association of Theological Schools (www.ats.edu) sets the standards for the limit of courses that can be completed through off site means. Students may not complete an entire theological degree online. Please check with your seminary for their standards.

What happens once I am admitted to a school and have registered for an online course?
The Fisher's Net receives official class rosters about one week prior to the start date of the course. At that time, students receive an introductory email that gives students all the necessary information to access their course site along with their username and password.

Who gives degree credit for the courses delivered through The Fisher's Net?
The institution offering the course grants credits, grades, and transcripts.

How much is tuition?
Tuition for each course is determined by the offering institution. Inquire at the offering seminary for their current tuition rate. Tuition for degree courses is payable directly to the offering institution.

What if I want to drop/add a class once it begins?
If it is a degree course offered by a seminary, please refer to the school's catalog of definitive dates to drop/add a course. Please note that online students are treated as regular students, and expected to read and follow all dates for registration (adding, dropping, withdrawal from a course) as determined by the offering institution.
